Harga Notebook kisaran 4jutaan yang menurut kami sangat kompetitif dari segi harga dan spesifikasi saat ini adalah Notebook Asus A42F-VX085D. Dari beberapa review beberapa orang yang telah menggunakan seri ini beberapa kelebihannya adalah panas yang dihasilkan minimal dibandingkan dengan kelasnya yang sejenis, keyboard yang mengadopsi bentuk ‘chicklet’ jadi nyaman dipakai, teknologi touchpad nya yang multi-touch. Menggerakkan kursor, melakukan scrolling dan membuka quick-menu jadi lebih mudah.

Walaupun juga ada beberapa user yang kurang puas dengan daya tahan batere kurang lebih 2 jam dan suara speakernya yang relatif pelan walaupun kualitas soundnya sangat bagus.

Kelemahan tersebut tidak mengurangi kualitas notebook ini secara keseluruhan apalagi harganya yang relatif bersaing berkisar di range harga 4,3-4,5 juta. Sudah mecapatkan processor kelas Intel® Core™ i3-350M (2,26GHz, Cache 3MB)
